Nell was born and raised in Waukeenah. She went to school at the Waukeenah Elementery School. She married Thomas Hightower and moved to Georgia. Had two daughters, Ruby and Reba. After Tom’s death, she married Gale Meadows. They had one daughter, Cindy. They moved back to Waukeenah after his retirement. She is known for her love of yard work and her talent for arranging flowers. Nell enjoyed her children, Step-children, and grandchildren.
Provides water to the cemetery.
