Son of Danny & Elva Monroe. Brother to Danny, III, Barbara, Gloria, & Martha Patricia. Frank was born and raised south of Waukeenah on the Monroe Farm. He farmed all his life except for the time he was in the Army and a short time when he worked for the Floyds. He worked for the Jefferson County Property Appraiser until his death. Frank was an avid fisherman and enjoyed visiting with his friends and relatives in Waukeenah “Daily”. He was loved by everyone. Had one daughter, Amy, son, Timmy, and a granddaughter he loved dearly. 1st marriage to Peggy Toole and 2nd to Jane Bradshaw.
